Yes — all programs are customized around your history and limitations.

Whatever fits for you and your schedule. Most clients train 2–3x per week. I typically work with my clients 1-2x/ week for personal training and then provide supplemental training for our clients to perform independently.

All new and prospective clients will recieve a free 360° Assessment + intro workout training session. The purpose of the 360° Assessment is to learn about your training goals and expectations. TThis session allows us to understand your training goals and expectations, discuss your past and current training status, injury and medical history, and any other health considerations. We also conduct a movement assessment to develop a baseline of training metrics that will guide your workout regimen. This provides a reference for future assessments to track your progress and gains. After the assessment, I'll send you a proposed training plan. Upon commitment, I'll develop a specific regimen, and we'll schedule our first custom personal training session.
